Our different Support models:

Fixed Support – you need regular support efforts and changes on a fixed-time basis. We will reserve resources for you on fixed times so you know when things get done. This model is based on changes and adaptations to both existing functionalities and construction of small additions to existing features.
Prepaid Support – you’re not sure how your website or campaign will take off or just want to try out our support services with no need for next-day urgencies. This model is based on a fixed bucket of support hours that you can spend at your own pace. If you run out of support credits, you just buy some more.
